Sweet Smell Of Shining is an indie rock/dreampop/shoegaze trio from Italy launched in 2010. For 2 ½ years, they focused on gigging and songwriting before spending a month in the studio to record a vibrant and passionate album.

The band is proud to announce their debut 10-track EP “Beyond Waterfalls”, embodying a love for indie, dream pop, shoegaze and classic 50s-era song structures. They’ve revisited these genres and combined them with style and artistic sensibility.

SSS are Marco Ciardelli (vocals), Masimiliano Piccagli (guitars, vocals, programming, drum machine), and Alessio Osculati (bass, programming). They also collaborated with electric guitarist Stillscreen (Ireland) on 5 tracks.
